Outside 

The solid wood front door is approached up several steps from the large area of hardstanding which provides parking for 5 to 6 cars. 

 

Ground floor 

The entrance hall leads to an extensive, open plan living area with solid oak beams, coastal design and panoramic sea views. Whilst this area has been designed to take advantage of the wide ranging views, there are fully separate areas containing two seating areas, large dining area with a solid wood table which extends to comfortably seat fourteen, and a beautifully equipped kitchen including integrated fridge and freezer and 2 dishwashers. The design of the ground floor is the perfect space for cooking, dining and enjoying the stunning views and spending time together with friends and family. The patio doors open out onto a large terrace area with dining, an informal lawned area and private sand dunes for the children to play and explore. Beyond the garden gate is eight miles of golden sand and views across the sea with passing yachts and sailboats.

 

Also on the ground floor is a large beach facing twin bedded room (can be made into kingsize on request) with stunning sea views. This room includes a spacious en-suite bath room with a separate shower cubicle. A study/office with a TV and a large utility area, housing the washing machine, tumble dryer, extra freezer facilities and a wet room /wc perfect for showering straight from the beach.

There are two super king double bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms and two large twin bedded rooms all with access to the balcony area on the beach side of the property and with extensive views towards Bournemouth, The Isle of Wight, Sandbanks beach, Old Harry Rock, and the Purbeck Hills. 

There are two further twin bedded rooms and two beautifully appointed family bathrooms with showers over the baths.   

 

N.B all the twin rooms are convertible to a kingsize double on request.
